Make sure you have enabled Windows Authentication and disabled Basic Authentication.

Let me know if that does not work,

Brent.

Ravi,

Make sure you disable Anonymous access as well.  What is the current version you are using?

System Setup?

That should help with the diagnosis.  If possible maybe we can setup a remote session later this week (EST) to take a look at it.

Dear Brent,

Thanks for replying.

We are using umanage 1.2 and 1.0 both on different server. Server configuration as following

Windows 2008 R2, IIS 7, dot net 4.0 with Active Directory umanage version 1.0.

Windows 2008 R2, IIS 7, dot net 4.0 umanage 1.2.

Both version in same forest and Anonymous access is already disabled we enable only Windows Authentication.

We can set a remote session any time in this week.

Thanks & Regards,
