Error post installation

I got this error after installation, i use Windows 2008 R2 x64 and SQL Server 2005 x86 on remote server.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Did you use the Wizard to install uManage or did you install it manually? It appears the user you are attempting to use to access the application is not being mapped back to the domain for some reason. What is your full username? (DOMAIN\username) This is a domain account right? Not a workgroup?
